1. Overview
These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase and use of digital Notion templates ("Products") sold by Productivity Lab by sunsheens ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Digital Products
All Products are digital Notion templates delivered via a unique duplicate link sent to the email address you provide at checkout. Products are not physical goods and are delivered electronically.
3. Personal Use License
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the template for your own personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or make the template (or any derivative of it) available to others. You may not claim the template design as your own creation.
4. Template Access & Duplicate Links
Each Notion duplicate link is unique to you. Sharing your link with others or posting it publicly may cause the link to expire once an unidentified user accesses it, resulting in loss of access to your template. Keep your link private.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, layouts, structures, and content within the templates are the intellectual property of Productivity Lab by sunsheens. Purchasing a template grants you a license to use it - not ownership of the underlying design or intellectual property.
6. Payments
All payments are processed via Maya (formerly PayMaya). Prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (₱). Payment must be completed before template access is granted. One person per transaction only.
7. Delivery
You will receive instant access to your Notion template and video tutorial immediately after checkout. A confirmation email with full onboarding details will follow within 12–24 hours after payment verification. Please allow extra time during weekends and holidays.
8. Plan Upgrades
Your previous purchase is consumable - if you decide to upgrade to a higher plan, the amount you already paid will be applied as credit toward the new plan. Contact us on Facebook or email to arrange an upgrade.
9. Custom Add-Ons (Ultimate Plan)
The Ultimate plan includes one custom add-on built into your workspace. After purchase, you will be asked to share your Notion workspace with us (editor access). We will build the add-on directly in your workspace and remove our access once complete.
10. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your template, contact us within 7 days for a full refund - no questions asked. Refunds are not available after the 7-day period.
11. Limitation of Liability
Productivity Lab by sunsheens provides templates "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our Products after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
