We use the information we collect to: process and verify your payment, deliver your Notion template link and onboarding materials, respond to your inquiries and provide customer support, send order confirmations and delivery updates, and build custom add-ons for Ultimate plan customers.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate our business:
FormSubmit - to process form submissions and deliver them to our email. FormSubmit does not store your data permanently. See their privacy policy at formsubmit.co.
Make.com - to automate order processing and record orders in our internal database. Data sent to Make.com is processed according to their privacy policy at make.com/en/privacy.
Notion - to store order records in our internal workspace and to deliver templates to customers. Notion's privacy policy is available at notion.so/privacy.
Maya (PayMaya) - payment processing is handled directly through Maya. We do not store your financial account details (account numbers, PINs, etc.).
5. Data We Do NOT Collect
We do not collect or store your Maya account credentials, bank account details, credit card numbers, or any financial login information. We only receive your payment reference number and proof of payment screenshot for verification purposes.
6. Data Storage & Security
Your order information is stored in our private Notion workspace, which is protected by account-level authentication. We take reasonable precautions to protect your information, but no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We only share your information with the third-party services listed above, solely for the purpose of processing your order and delivering your product.
8. Cookies & Tracking
Our website does not use cookies or tracking scripts. We do not use analytics services or advertising trackers on our website.

You have the right to: request access to the personal information we hold about you, request correction of any inaccurate information, request deletion of your personal information from our records, and withdraw consent for us to process your data.
